Thank you for buying a course with us. We want to make sure that our participants have an exceptional learning experience online. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a course on InCHES Academy, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions covered below.

Please understand that with the enrolment and accessing of your online course, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy.

• There are no extensions granted for your course. If you do not complete your course by the end-date on your welcome letter, access will be denied to the course after the end-date.
• For refund of fees, the participant must not have accessed any portion of the online course AND the participant should request a refund, in writing via email within 72 hours of enrolling in the course.
• We are unable to offer refunds after the exam has been attempted.
• While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, assessment, dates, and trainer/moderator. We also reserve the right to suspend any participant who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behaviour.
• Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.
• Orders placed with a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
